Violet basil Sprouts - microgreens (seeds for germination).
Mild taste, source of vitamin C and iron. It goes well with Mozzarella cheese.
The seeds are intended for growing young leaves.
Microgreen basil leaves are rich in vitamins, antioxidants, minerals and chlorophyll.
They are also highly valued for their high nutritional value: they strengthen health, stimulate digestion, metabolism and activate the entire body.
Basil leaves are especially rich in vitamin E, which protects cell membranes from the harmful effects of free radicals. The leaves have a slightly spicy taste.
Seeds can be sown all year round in seed boxes or boxes with a low polymer content - the seedlings need light, warmth, fluffy and fertile substrate.
It has long been known that green food has a positive effect on human health and protects the body from age-related degenerative diseases.

* Microgreens are plants that are harvested and eaten early in growth, when they develop cotyledons and the first pair of leaves.
They are often called "superfoods" because they contain many more vitamins and nutrients than older plants.
In some cases, the difference is several times greater. In addition, microgreens are very healthy and tasty.
